PERSONALISED milestones, COMMON goals, training that sets you free.

TRAINING PHASES:

  • At OWN, we like to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. We greet each other, catch up, have a coffee, and get ready for the warm-up. Remember, you won't need a workout towel, we provide it for you.

  • All workouts are personalised and different, keeping things always interesting. You never know what you'll be training that day. Your trainer will explain it to you when you arrive.

  • We do a group joint warm-up with some guided cardio, and we're ready to start.

 
  • Sets of 45 seconds, 15 seconds to switch exercises. Each set consists of 3 or 4 rounds with mini cardio sessions in between. It depends on the type of training for the day and your goals.

  • For the last 10 minutes, we change the music, lower the heart rate, and stretch. Your trainer will show you countless ways to stretch the muscles you worked that day until you start incorporating them into your routines.

  • It's time for a well-deserved shower, hot or cold, depending on your preferences. Remember, we provide bath towels and shampoo. You don't need to bring them.
