1. How did your journey in the world of fitness begin?
It comes naturally to me. Since I was young, I have loved studying how the human body works and figuring out how to work with it and get the best performance out of it. That's why I have practised different sports modalities since I was a child. Eventually, I was able to study sports at a higher level to dedicate myself professionally to fitness and health, thanks to studying dietetics and nutrition at an advanced level.

2. What is your mission at OWN?
To give all my knowledge so that clients can improve their health, gain body awareness, and enhance mobility and strength.

3. If you could recommend just one exercise to start feeling better, what would it be?
Climbing up and down stairs.

4. Tell us a myth and an unknown truth about fitness and getting in shape:
Myth: The more you sweat during exercise, the more weight you lose.
Truth: Strength training is associated with better overall health and improved recovery from both illnesses and injuries.
