1. How did your journey in the world of fitness begin?
It started in 2010, after finishing my degree in Physical Education. At that time, I began specializing in personal training and pain treatment. However, it wasn't until 2015 that my journey truly began, with my own training centre in Granada. There, I gained the majority of my experience in this field while continuing my education in physical pathologies and ailments.

2. What is your mission in OWN?
I think my mission is to make people a little happier. Not only at OWN, but also in my personal life.


3. If I could recommend just one exercise to start feeling better, what would it be?
It would be looking at yourself in the mirror and saying nice things to yourself. I believe it is necessary to be able to look at yourself, see yourself positively, acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses, and focus on the good things we all have, both physically and mentally.

4. Tell us myth and an unknown truth about fitness and getting in shape:
It is a myth to think that one has to stop exercising for pain to decrease. Not only is that not true, but doing so is counterproductive.

The plain truth of this world is that the body is a reflection of what you do. The more intensely you train, the more it shows. The better you eat, the more it shows. Although it's ideal to find a point where we all feel comfortable and not seek perfection, as it doesn't exist.
