1. How did your fitness career begin?
I began my fitness career as an aerobic instructor, in 1997.

2. What’s your mission at OWN?
To change the lives of people through the development of healthy habits, starting with physical activity.

3. If you could recommend just one exercise to begin to feel better, what would it be?
A 30-minute walk three times a week, at a pace at which you can still maintain a conversation.

4. Tell us one myth and an unknown truth about fitness and getting in shape:
A myth: saunas make you thinner.
A truth: The sum of small actions will give you great results.
