GROUP TRAINING.

Group training is the best way to avoid laziness and have some accountability. We have open groups with up to 8 people from Monday to Friday.

High-intensity training, Tabatas, repetitions, timed exercises, spinning, cardio... You never know what awaits you in a training session. You only know who your trainer is and your scheduled time. And that makes it more enjoyable and fun.

Training sessions developed by professionals, tailored to your needs and creating a roadmap towards your short, medium, and long-term goals.

Want to know your level first? Take a look at the Individual Training format and test yourself here.

MORE SOCIAL & MOTIVATING TRAINING.

TEAM

Groups of 1 to 8 people. Not more, not less. Training in a group is motivating and creates a sense of belonging. Unlike traditional gyms, trainers correct postures and supervise the movements of all team members, reducing injuries and improving performance.

HIIT

The training sessions are functional, also known as HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), which is a type of sports training based on short and very intense interval sessions alternating effort and recovery.

TIME

From 5:30 in the morning till 21:00 every day, from Monday to Friday. Personal trainers for reduced groups of up to 8 people. Personalised training catered to your interests and needs.

METHOD

Although we have developed our own methodology, we use methods like Tabata or Little.

Tabata: 8 sets of 20 seconds of high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest. It may seem short, but you will feel it by the end of the session. Trust us.

Little: 60 seconds of high intensity, followed by 75 seconds of low-intensity recovery periods for 12 sets. 27 minutes of training.

the own method

Functional training is based on a series of high-intensity exercises combined with short breaks. Rounds of upper and lower body exercises, cardio, strength, and endurance, where the body experiences an oxygen deficit and needs to recover from the previous level. This excess oxygen consumption increases metabolism and burns 6 to 15% more calories than aerobic training.

When you add to the equation the fact that the body can burn more calories and gain muscle, it becomes the ideal exercise.
