1. How did your journey in the fitness world begin?
I began practising martial arts young and competing nationally during my teenage years. I started exploring ways to improve my physical condition, and that's when I realized that I enjoyed the world of training.


2. What’s your mission at OWN?
To improve the physical condition of all OWN members, and to help them turn their training into a habit rather than an obligation.

3. If I could recommend just one exercise to start feeling better, what would it be?
I don't think I can choose just one exercise. But I would recommend having an active daily life. The small things are important, like taking the stairs, walking or biking to places...if you want to start feeling good and you are a sedentary person, just by making those changes, you will notice an improvement.

4. Tell us a myth and an unknown truth about fitness and getting in shape:
Myth: If women work with strength they’ll get a masculine and muscular body.
Truth: You cannot lose fat in a localised manner.
